I was going to post about The Row presentation from a couple of days ago in NYC, the beautiful furniture, handmade invites, dreamy clothes and how the Olsen's sat on the floor watching. But then I realised I never posted about the SS16 collection- my favourite of the last couple collections- and seeing as the season is slowly shifting I'd rather be optimistic about my wardrobe for now.
The Row is consistently luxurious with its focus on the highest quality materials, cashmere, raw silk etc, and 'made to measure' ethos. The spring collection was effortlessly chic, I love their vision of the modern woman. The modest silhouettes in the beautiful Parisian chateau setting are just purely beguiling. I like clothes that look like they aren't trying but are utterly designed to the very last detail, you know? And flats! Gorgeous, Italian made slip ons, for the woman who has shit to do.
